Job summary

USAble Life seeks a Provider Network Manager to oversee a large dental provider network and build strong relationships with providers and professional associations. You will recruit, educate, and retain providers while promoting plan policies and efficient administration.

The role requires knowledge of dental plans and contracts, plus strong communication and project-management skills. This hybrid role offers growth, diverse benefits, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; related experience may substitute.
• 2 years of related experience or equivalent military experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with contracting for dental plans and credentialing.
• Maintain provider network database processes and improve them.
• Conduct field visits to educate providers and staff.
• Communicate plan policies and procedures to providers.
• Coordinate between departments to correct claims processing.
• Attend provider committees and promote company presence.
• Represent provider perspective in decision-making on plan programs.
• Participate in process improvement and training.
• Develop strategic plans for provider networks.
