Job summary

Kuraray America, Inc. is seeking a Dental Logistics Operations Manager in a hybrid role across NY, NJ, PA, TX, IL, or IN.

You will oversee warehouse, inventory, order fulfillment, and distribution for the Dental business, coordinating with a 3PL and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely shipments. The role requires a hands-on operations focus, SKU-level controls, and the ability to plan for future direct-to-end-user and e-commerce fulfillment growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in fulfillment, distribution, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supervising people and coordinating with external service providers.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems and defining operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational relationship with the 3PL and fulfillment partner for Dental shipments.
• Monitor order flow, reconcile records, and resolve fulfillment exceptions.
• Develop warehouse procedures and service standards aligned with product requirements.
• Maintain inventory controls, lot traceability, and expiration management.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound activities and improve packing and shipping workflows.
• Lead projects to expand direct-to-end-user and e-commerce fulfillment capabilities.
