National Dentex, LLC in St. Cloud, MN is seeking a Dental Lab Case Coordinator to join NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory. The role involves preparing, labeling, and scheduling cases, ensuring accurate data entry and timely shipping.

You will handle billing, packing, and coordinating with local drivers, while using UPS/FedEx software and maintaining database integrity. A high school diploma and MS Office skills are preferred; daytime hours Monday-Thursday, with Friday half-day.

Responsibilities

• Unpacking and sanitizing new work following instructions with PPE.
• Sorts and attaches doctor prescriptions.
• Enter prescription information via Data Entry to schedule cases.
• Responsible for billing and invoicing all finished cases and will sort and attach.
• Responsible for properly packing all completed cases.
• Responsible for verifying and properly consolidating all cases to prepare for shipping.
• Utilize UPS and FedEx software and maintain database integrity and account naming procedures.
• Disburse cases for local drivers.
• Maintain proper level of assembled shipping boxes.
• Assist with answering incoming calls.

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Dental Lab Case Coordinator opportunity at NDX Thoele Dental Laboratory in St. Cloud, MN.

The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM from Monday through Thursday, 7:00AM to 11:00AM on Fridays, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
