National Dentex, LLC (NDX Thayer Dental Laboratory) in Mechanicsburg, PA seeks a Customer Service & Case Entry Representative to join the team. Primary duties include scheduling cases, attaching prescriptions, and invoicing while ensuring accuracy and timely communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Unpacking and sanitizing new work as described in SOP.
• Sort and attach doctor prescriptions to cases.
• Call customers to verify/schedule cases.
• Primary responsibility: schedule incoming cases.
• Invoice finished cases.
• Pack completed cases properly.
• Prepare shipping by consolidating cases.
• Sort and ship express packages.
• Disburse cases for local drivers.
• Maintain shipping boxes inventory.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Answer telephones and assist with filing/scanning.
• Support supply requests as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Customer Service & Case Entry Representative opportunity at NDX Thayer Dental Laboratory in Mechanicsburg, PA.

The regular hours for this position are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

• Unpacking and sanitizing new work as needed as described in the procedural SOP
• Sort and attach doctor prescriptions, notes, etc. to the case pan
• Calling customers to verify and/or gather information to properly schedule cases
• Primary responsibility is to schedule incoming cases
• Invoice finished cases
• Properly pack completed cases
• Verify and properly consolidate all cases to prepare for shipping
• Sort and properly ship packages that require express services
• Disburse cases for local drivers
• Maintain proper level of assembled shipping boxes
• Responsible for organizing and maintaining a clean and safe work area free of debris
• Answering telephones
• Assist with filing and/or scanning completed paperwork properly
• Assist with supply request fulfillment as needed
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: strong knowledge of dental terminology
• No experience required
