• Experience in a dental lab or dental office setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer client/vendor/patient calls and inquiries.
• Manage pick-ups/deliveries and coordinate drivers.
• Pack and invoice dental cases; ship and receive cases and supplies.
• Schedule and confirm same-day relines/repairs; track cases.
• Support workflow coordinators and provide client education.
