Job summary

JB Dental Lab in Tempe, AZ, is seeking an Office Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support in a dental manufacturing lab setting. You will greet vendors, manage calls, handle general office duties, and assist Site Leadership with various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously; transfer to departments as needed.
• Assist Leadership with expense reports, calendar management and other executive tasks.
• Welcome vendors and visitors with a professional demeanor.
• Scan documents and perform basic data entry duties.
• Assist with filing, document preparation, and maintaining records; help with inventory and supplies.
