Apex Dental Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a full-time Outside Territory Sales professional to cover the New York area and expand our dental laboratory client base. You will build relationships with current customers and prospects, present our services, and work to exceed revenue targets.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and capable of coordinating with leadership and technical teams. Travel, professional presentations, and participation in study clubs or webinars are expected to

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of sales process and ability to forecast.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage effective sales strategy to reach or exceed account growth and revenue expectations.
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business.
• Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to current and prospective customers.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Coordinate sales effort with leadership and technical service groups.
• Partner with the dental customer to assist in the success of their practice and the success of our laboratory.
• Self-starter independently responsible for assigned territory and work with the broader sales team.
