Modern Dental Laboratory USA in Livermore, CA is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service to dentists and their teams, manage orders, and support shipping operations. You will track and enter information, prepare shipments, disinfect cases, and coordinate with drivers while maintaining inventory and providing help to colleagues.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced lab

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Track, enter, and research information in current systems.
• Prepare material for shipping by weighing, packaging, and stamping documents and labels.
• Disinfect all incoming cases following laboratory safety procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and blog.
• Assemble and fill boxes with items to be shipped.
• Unload, sort, and prioritize incoming packages for case entry.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Support employees and managers in shipping activities, including routing internal drivers.
• All other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:

• Responsible for tracking, entering, and researching information in current systems
• Prepare material for shipping by weighing, packaging, stamping, and preparing necessary shipping forms such as invoices and shipping labels
• Disinfect all incoming cases following laboratory safety processes
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and blog
• Assemble and fill boxes with items that need to be shipped
• Unload, sort, and prioritize incoming packages for case entry
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all shipping related activities, including routing internal drivers for package pickup and delivery
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

• Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred
• Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
• High attention to detail with the upmost accuracy is required
• Understanding of general administrative policies and procedures
• Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Maintain clean equipment and work area
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Team Player a MUST
• High school diploma or equivalent required
