Job summary

MicroDental Laboratories is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to retain and grow orders in a defined territory, with emphasis on digital support and strong communication. You will engage customers via calls, emails and virtual tools to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

The role collaborates with internal labs and partners, uses Microsoft Office and HubSpot, and requires 3+ years of dental sales or related experience. Excellent benefits and long-term stability are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a dental profession preferred.
• Prior sales or telephonic sales experience required.
• Strong initiative, assertiveness and self-motivation.
• Excellent time management and organization with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Retain and increase orders within an assigned geographical territory.
• Increase customer satisfaction—emphasis on digital support, using excellent communication and telephone skills, email and virtual communication experience, and a solutions mindset.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams, external strategic partners, and service teams focused on digital adoption, retention, and growth of a territory.
• Monitor, assess, and communicate with supervisor potential customer-related activities, patterns and opportunities.
• Utilize channels of communication between customers and laboratories, keeping customers informed of the best options and additives for successful sales outcomes through outbound follow-up calls and emails.
• Demonstrate keen awareness of territory market conditions, competitive pricing, service requirements, and customer needs assessment.
• Participate in laboratory-sponsored customer engagements, study clubs, conventions, seminars
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:

Retain and increase orders from existing and potential customers within an assigned geographical territory

Qualifications

Excellent computer knowledge and telephone skills, digital scan review preferred

3+ years previous experience in a dental profession preferred

Previous experience working in a sales or telephonic sales position

Must be a self-starter with strong initiative, assertiveness, and self-motivation with the ability to proactively identify opportunities, anticipate potential challenges, and effectively resolve customer concerns

Ability and willingness to reasonably make decisions, receive feedback and take calculated risks

Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with limited supervision

Strong relationship-building and networking skills

Previous experience in Microsoft Office and Hubspot preferred
