• 3+ years in a Dental Technician role.
• 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including full dentures and partial dentures.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and offer empathetic support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors in real-time to refine case designs.
• Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video.
• Act as a liaison between doctors and Dandy lab teams.

Skills

3+ Years in a Dental Technician Role

2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design

Deep understanding of digital dental workflows
