This role blends project management, software implementation, and training leadership to ensure smooth transitions and consistent practice performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10 years of billing, check posting and A/R experience.
• Extensive experience with Open Dental, Eaglesoft and Denticon software.
• Strong knowledge of dental front office operations and revenue cycle management.
• Proven experience managing software implementations, integrations, and training programs.
• Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead practice management software conversions and data migrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and practice staff for implementations.
• Train front office teams on registration, scheduling, insurance verification, billing and payments.
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs and resources.
• Provide advanced Open Dental and Eaglesoft training and support.
• Post-go-live support and troubleshooting for practice staff.
• Monitor timelines and improve operational workflows.
• Supervise integration and training team members.
