Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5+ years of dental practice management experience with regional or multi-site exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple dental practices across the assigned region.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of key staff across locations.
• Monitor staff performance metrics and conduct reviews and coaching.
• Coordinate scheduling, treatment planning, and care delivery with clinical directors.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and dental board compliance; support audits and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with marketing to grow referral networks and patient base.
