Shoreline Dentistry on Galveston Island is actively hiring an experienced Dental Insurance & Verification Specialist to join our growing private practice. The role centers on verifying benefits, interpreting plans, handling claims, pre-authorizations, and communicating insurance details clearly to patients and staff.

We value independence in work while contributing to a friendly, team-oriented front desk. Competitive pay based on experience, PTO, 401(k), and a beachside Galveston location await

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with dental insurance verification required.
• Ability to interpret plan details, limitations, exclusions, deductibles and maximums.
• Experience handling claims and pre-authorizations.
• Strong communication with patients and team.

Shoreline Dentistry is a growing private practice on Galveston Island, overlooking the beach. We are looking for an experienced Dental Insurance & Verification Specialist to join our team.

Our #1 priority:

Extensive experience and strong knowledge of dental insurance and insurance verification.

We are looking for someone who can confidently:

• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility.
• Accurately interpret plans, limitations, exclusions, deductibles & maximums.
• Handle claims, pre-authorizations/pre-determinations and insurance follow up.
• Communicate insurance information clearly to patients and our team
• Work independently while being a dependable part of our front office team.
