Shoreline Dentistry on Galveston Island is actively hiring an experienced Dental Insurance & Verification Specialist to join our growing private practice. The role centers on verifying benefits, interpreting plans, handling claims, pre-authorizations, and communicating insurance details clearly to patients and staff.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with dental insurance verification required.
Ability to interpret plan details, limitations, exclusions, deductibles and maximums.
Experience handling claims and pre-authorizations.
Strong communication with patients and team.

Responsibilities

Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility.
Accurately interpret plans, limitations, exclusions, deductibles & maximums.
Handle claims, pre-authorizations/pre-determinations and insurance follow up.
Communicate insurance information clearly to patients and our team.
Work independently while being a dependable part of our front office team.
