Job summary

Stratacor, an affiliate of Delta Dental of Minnesota, is hiring a Customer Service Agent to manage inbound calls related to dental insurance. The role supports on-site in Bemidji or Minneapolis, remote within Minnesota, or hybrid work arrangements, with extensive training provided.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively, handle multiple tasks, and deliver customer-focused solutions. Training may occur virtually or in-person from Minnesota homes, and adherence to the company's remote work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience interacting with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Calm and courteous under pressure; can handle busy hours.
• Experience with technology, software and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls using telephonic and computer systems.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
• Provide accurate information using proper tools.
• Meet call handling targets and maintain documentation.
• Resolve complaints with timely solutions and follow-up.
• Follow policies and procedures and engage customers beyond expectations.
