Job summary

JMU Dental in California is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative with 2 years of sales experience to join our team. You will generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals using Zoho and other sales tools.

This full-time, on-site role in Fullerton requires excellent communication, a sales mindset, teamwork, and the ability to work independently. Relocation to Fullerton, CA is required before start.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales/telemarketing experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM software.
• Knowledge of dental industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
• Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.
• Utilize sales software, such as Zoho, to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to promote offerings.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
