Qualifikationen

• Experience with or strong interest in 3D imaging, modeling, scanning, or visualization technologies.
• Familiarity with advanced graphics, GPUs, and performance tuning.
• Strong experience with Windows desktop and workstation environments.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, fileshares, and permissions.
• Experience supporting A/V systems, including projectors, displays, cameras, and control systems.
• Comfort troubleshooting hardware, drivers, firmware, and software interactions.

Aufgaben

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and workstation computers for 3D imaging and dental workflows.
• Install, maintain, and support printers, scanners, and peripherals used for dental imaging.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Audio/Visual equipment in classrooms and clinics.
• Provide onsite classroom and clinical technology support during instruction and exams.
• Provide first-line in-person, telephone, and remote support for faculty, staff, and students.
• Support users via remote tools (e.g., Bomgar) for instructional and clinical systems.
• Install, configure, update, and support desktop and specialized dental software.
• Ensure security, stability, and availability in coordination with IT and compliance guidelines.
