DOCS Health in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our mission-driven team. You will perform prophylaxis, document periodontal conditions, and help plan patient care in a modern, private-practice setting on Army/Air Force bases.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of clinical hygiene experience, an active RDH license, X-ray and CPR/BLS certificates, and familiarity with HIPAA and Denticon. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• 1–2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience
• Current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certification
• Familiarity with Denticon preferred; training provided
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.

Responsabilités

• Perform prophylaxis, including subgingival debridement
• Assess and document periodontal conditions, including gingivitis and periodontitis
• Apply fluoride and preventive therapeutic agents
• Record clinical findings and support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Present treatment plans and provide oral hygiene instruction
• Obtain dental radiographs and impressions; maintain accurate clinical records
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to patients
• Participate in required daily and weekly team meetings

Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
