Job summary

DOCS Health seeks a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist to join a mission-driven team serving military bases with modern technology. You will perform prophylaxis, document periodontal findings, apply fluoride, and support diagnosis and treatment planning.

Responsibilities include radiographs, patient education, and participation in daily/weekly team meetings. A $5,000 introduction/retention bonus is available; schedule is Mon–Fri 7:45 AM–5:00 PM; competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Active RDH license required.
• 1–2 years clinical dental hygiene experience.
• Current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certifications.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
• Real ID Driver's License or ability to obtain before start date.

• Assess and document periodontal conditions (gingivitis/periodontitis).
• Apply fluoride and preventive agents.
• Record clinical findings and support diagnosis/planning.
• Present treatment plans and provide oral hygiene instruction.
• Obtain dental radiographs and impressions; maintain records.
• Communicate findings clearly to patients.
• Participate in daily/weekly team meetings.

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform prophylaxis, including subgingival debridement

• Apply fluoride and preventive therapeutic agents
• Record clinical findings and support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Present treatment plans and provide oral hygiene instruction
• Obtain dental radiographs and impressions; maintain accurate clinical records
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to patients
• Participate in required daily and weekly team meetings

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• 1–2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience
• Current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certification
• Familiarity with Denticon preferred; training provided
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.
