DOCS Health is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Fort Dix team in New Jersey. The role focuses on prophylaxis, periodontal assessment, radiographs, and patient education within a mission-driven dental program on military bases.

Expect a 7:45 AM–5:00 PM Monday–Friday schedule, on-site work, and comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k) with company match, HSA, and disability coverage.

Competenze

• Active RDH license required.
• 1–2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience preferred.
• Current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certification.
• Familiarity with Denticon preferred; training provided.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform prophylaxis, including subgingival debridement
• Assess and document periodontal conditions, including gingivitis and periodontitis
• Apply fluoride and preventive therapeutic agents
• Record clinical findings and support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Present treatment plans and provide oral hygiene instruction
• Obtain dental radiographs and impressions; maintain accurate clinical records
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to patients
• Participate in required daily and weekly team meetings

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• 1–2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience
• Current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certification
• Familiarity with Denticon preferred; training provided
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.
