DOCS Dental, serving military families on Army and Air Force bases, seeks a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a mission-driven team in California. You will perform prophylaxis, document periodontal conditions, apply fluoride, and support diagnosis and treatment planning in a private-practice style with advanced technology.

Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM, with competitive pay and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, disability, 401(k) matching, and PTO.

Qualificações

• Active RDH license in California.
• 1–2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.

Responsabilidades

• Perform prophylaxis, including subgingival debridement.
• Assess and document periodontal conditions, including gingivitis and periodontitis.
• Apply fluoride and preventive therapeutic agents.
• Record clinical findings and support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Present treatment plans and provide oral hygiene instruction.
• Obtain dental radiographs and impressions; maintain accurate clinical records.
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to patients.
• Participate in required daily and weekly team meetings.

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• 1–2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience
• Current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certification
• Familiarity with Denticon preferred; training provided
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.
