DOCS Dental in Tennessee is seeking a Dental Assistant to contribute to high-quality care on Army and Air Force bases, joining a mission-driven, close-knit team that blends private practice excellence with meaningful service. You will assist dentists, manage sterilization, and handle clerical tasks while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

The role requires certification, experience, and CPR/BLS, with potential for growth in advanced certifications.

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant certification in the state of application.
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience.
• X-ray and CPR/BLS certifications required.
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Driver's License before start date.
• Preferred: Expanded Duty Dental Assistant and/or Nitrous & Coronal Polishing certifications.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional experience for patients.
• Prepare and assist patients during dental procedures.
• Support dentists with setup, chairside assistance, and cleanup.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards.
• Utilize dental software and equipment to support efficient care.
• Handle clerical tasks and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
