Qualifications

• Previous dental front office or hygiene scheduling experience.
• Experience in an MGE practice or strong high-tone communication preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong recall systems and schedule management.
• Experience with Open Dental preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a productive hygiene schedule with minimal openings.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate hygiene appointments.
• Manage patient recalls and reactivation campaigns.
• Reduce cancellations and no-shows through effective patient communication.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and enthusiastically.
• Build rapport with patients while creating urgency for preventive care.
• Coordinate with doctors and hygienists to maximize daily productivity.
• Maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental.
• Utilize Weave for patient communication.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every patient interaction.
