Qualifications

• On the job training and additional certification may be required based on state requirements.
• High school graduate or GED Equivalent
• HIPAA training required; protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey, and support patient comfort and education throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history to support quality care.
• Provide superior assistance to hygienists during a wide variety of procedures.
• Assist with setting up rooms for all hygiene visits, including stocking and restocking instruments and supplies.
• Use Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping.
