Forum Dental -Rolla seeks a Hygiene Assistant to join our Rolla, Missouri team. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and a path to develop alongside our hygiene providers, using state-of-the-art technology to deliver patient-centered care.

You will greet patients, review health histories, assist during procedures, prepare and stock rooms, and work with Dentrix for scheduling. We value teamwork, clear communication, and a commitment to HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training available and state requirements may apply.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain patient privacy and PHI safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and support ongoing patient care.
• Review health histories to inform quality care.
• Provide assistance to hygienists during procedures.
• Set up rooms, stock instruments and supplies, and maintain cleanliness.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
