Qualifications

• Experience in a dental setting is required.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• HIPAA awareness and PHI protection training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients at the start of their dental journey.
• Review health history to ensure quality care.
• Assist supported hygienists during a range of procedures.
• Set up rooms, stock instruments and supplies.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare rooms following OSHA & CDC safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with providers to maximize workflow.
