Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Team player with excellent communication.

• HIPAA training and PHI protection awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and educate them during treatment.
• Review health history to ensure quality care.
• Assist hygienists during procedures as needed.
• Set up rooms, stock instruments and supplies.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
• Collaborate with providers to maximize office workflow.
