Job summary

Catalystdds is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to support dental care delivery by coordinating treatment plans, presenting procedures and costs, and guiding patients through options. You will collaborate with dentists, clinical staff, and admin teams to present plans, schedule care, and ensure patients feel informed and comfortable throughout the process.

The role requires reviewing plans, discussing insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs, assisting with financial arrangements, and following

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 to 2 years of dental front office experience preferred.
• Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Fuse, Open Dental a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient treatment plans and present recommended procedures and costs.
• Communicate treatment options clearly to patients and assist with financial arrangements.
• Schedule appointments and ensure smooth transition from planning to completion of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and liaison with insurance companies as needed.
• Support clinic goals through professional, patient-centered service.
