Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and communications with patients and insurance.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on benefits; explain coverage.
• Post patient payments and process accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
