Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, patient-centric dental office environment.

• Ability to protect PHI and follow HIPAA training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, emails, and communications with patients/insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; schedule for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on claims; verify benefits and coverage.
• Post insurance and patient payments; manage accounts receivable; discuss treatment fees and payment options.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.
