Qualifications

• Dental front office experience is REQUIRED.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients entering the office to create a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties: answer phones, check mail/email, communicate with patients and insurance companies.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; schedule/confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on claims; verify benefits and explain coverage.
• Post patient payments and process accounts receivable; discuss treatment plan fees and options.
