• Willingness to work with a team to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with patients in person, by phone, and by email.
• Schedule and confirm appointments per office guidelines.
• Provide high-level customer service to patients.
• Process payments and assist with financial discussions.
• Print and maintain reports and update records.
• Collaborate with team to achieve targets.
• Follow policies to help achieve patient care objectives.
