The ideal candidate has prior front desk experience in dentistry, knowledge of insurance processing, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Front office experience in a general dentistry practice required.
• Dentrix software proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing and claims processing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Work the office re-care and unscheduled treatment reports to maintain a complete patient record.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix.
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements.
• Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.
