You will handle front desk duties, answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient records and insurance claims while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of dental front office experience, are proficient with computer systems, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative duties.
• Accounting for patients and maintaining relations.

• Answer incoming calls for new patients and emergencies.
• Appointment scheduling.
• Requesting records.
• Patient follow ups.
• Manage unscheduled and treatment pending lists to ensure scheduling goals.
