Legacy Oral and Facial Surgery is seeking a professional Patient Care Coordinator to run front-office operations and deliver an exceptional patient experience. You will welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, maintain records, and manage financial interactions.

Responsibilities include triaging inquiries, discussing treatment plans and insurance, and ensuring accurate co-pays and payments. The role supports a fast-paced dental practice with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in dental or OMS field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact with patients.
• Triage inquiries and escalate to Practice Manager as needed.
• Discuss treatment plans, insurance, and patient balances clearly.
• Determine and document co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses.
• Process and record payments in person, by mail, or by phone.
• Present payment options and arrange payment plans.
