Responsibilities

• Manage front office activities to ensure patient reception and office coordination.
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently to optimize the dentist’s calendar.
• Maintain updated records of appointments, payments, and insurance verifications.
• Communicate effectively between patients, dentists and staff.
• Oversee administrative procedures to comply with medical and legal requirements.
• Handle patient inquiries by phone and in person with clarity and courtesy.
• Manage office supplies and reorder as needed.
• Coordinate with the dental team to improve customer service and efficiency.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient records per HIPAA.
• Process billing and dental claims, and manage accounts receivable.
• Prepare reports on office performance and patient feedback.
• Lead and supervise front office staff to foster teamwork.
