Imagen Dental Partners in Grants Pass, Oregon, is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to be the friendly first contact for patients and the gateway to an exceptional dental experience.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, manage documents, and build a welcoming, efficient front desk that supports a seamless patient journey. If you have 3+ years in dental or high-end customer service and a High School diploma, we offer competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a dental/medical office or high-end customer service role.
• Proven experience going above and beyond for customers or patients.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals with initiative.
• Natural problem-solving skills and adaptability to learn in a dynamic dental environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
