You will handle front desk duties and ensure a welcoming experience for patients, with responsibilities including greeting guests, maintaining records, answering calls, and coordinating office tasks.

The role requires at least 1 year of front desk experience, excellent communication, and the ability to sit/stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position.
• Strong communication and people skills with ability to handle inquiries.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients to the dental office.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Answering all incoming calls and redirecting or messaging.
• Check, sort and forward emails; keep records organized.
• Keep front desk tidy with necessary materials.
• Work Monday - Friday 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM.
