Citrus Heights Dental, part of Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking a friendly, organized Front Office Coordinator to join our Citrus Heights, CA team. As the first smile patients see, you’ll set a welcoming tone and keep the front desk running smoothly.

You’ll greet patients, coordinate schedules, verify insurance, and present treatment plans. This role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and a positive attitude, with opportunities to grow within Mosaic’s network.

Competenze

• 2+ years of dental front office experience.
• Strong communicator who’s helpful, kind, and patient-focused.
• Comfortable with scheduling software or open to learning.
• Attention to detail and a love for keeping things organized.
