Almond Orchard Dental Care in Citrus Heights, CA is seeking a friendly Front Office Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be the first smile patients see, greeting them and guiding their visit with warmth and efficiency, while supporting the Mosaic Dental Collective.

You’ll manage appointments, verify insurance, handle payments, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient. Prior dental front office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Dental/healthcare front office experience required.
• Strong communicator who is kind and patient-focused.
• Familiar with scheduling software or open to learning.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and help them feel at ease.
• Coordinate schedules and manage appointments.
• Verify insurance and process payments accurately.
• Facilitate smooth communication between patients and clinical team.
