Innovative Orthodontic Centers - Naperville is seeking a Business Assistant to join the orthodontic team on site in Naperville. The role requires dental front office experience and a patient-first approach, with duties spanning greeting patients, phones, scheduling, and billing using Dentrix.

You will work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., in a supportive Heartland Dental network office that emphasizes collaboration, learning, and growth within a secure, established practice.

Qualifications

• Dental front office experience is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment is preferred.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, and email communications.
• Use Dentrix for patient scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivable.
