Cool Creek Family Dental is seeking a dynamic Front Office team member for our River Place practice in Austin. This full-time/part-time position focuses on delivering exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth front desk operations, with hourly wages of $20.00 - $26.00 based on experience.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting the clinical team to maintain a welcoming, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years dental experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients.
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with EagleSoft.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing the highest quality care to our patients.
