Job summary

Dentistry LLC is seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our busy dental practice. You will manage patient check-ins, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and handle billing inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain patient records, and support the Office Manager. A positive attitude and strong organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a dental front office or similar role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with dental insurance and billing practices.
  • Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage patient scheduling.
  • Verify insurance and collect copays at time of service.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up to date.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly.
  • Assist with billing, claims follow-up, and patient financial arrangements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
  • Support the Office Manager and assist with day-to-day operations as needed.
