Dental Dreams LLC in Baltimore, MD (Belair) is hiring Dental Receptionists to join our talented and dedicated team. This entry-level role focuses on scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting patients, and verifying benefits.

You will maintain patient records, collect payments, and support treatment planning while working in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented office. Bilingual Spanish preferred; front desk/call center experience required; Dentrix or Eaglesoft experience preferred.

Formación

• Customer Service experience is required.
• Front Desk/Call Center experience is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication.
• Schedule patient appointments per month and daily patient goals.
• Answer phones and confirm appointments.
• Greet and check-in patients.
• Accurately verify dental benefits.
• Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment.
• Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles.
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies.
• Pull patient charts for future appointments when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
• Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans.
