Casa Smiles in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a friendly Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our patient-centered team. You will greet patients, manage appointments, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure a smooth daily flow, while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The ideal candidate has prior dental front desk experience, is proficient with Dentrix or Eaglesoft, and communicates clearly with patients.

Formación

• Prior dental front desk or administrative experience.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar).
• Knowledge of insurance verification, billing, and claims processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in patients, creating a warm front office experience.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental software.
• Verify insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently.
• Collect co-pays, handle billing inquiries, and manage patient accounts.
• Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and coordinate with clinical staff.
