Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with dental office software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and manage the front desk flow.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain records.
• Verify insurance and submit claims, following HIPAA rules.
• Support office operations and attend huddles/meetings.
