Job summary

Endodontics of St. Louis is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to join our practice. You will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily operations in a team-focused setting.

The role involves greeting patients, scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and maintaining accurate records. Full-time schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with a focus on exceptional customer service and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of dental front office experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars.
• Answer phone lines, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communications.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate patient flow and provide administrative support as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
