  • Ability to organize work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and manage front-desk communications.
  • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate provider schedules.
  • Collect and process payments; update patient records.
  • Coordinate referrals and transfers with staff or providers.
  • Maintain patient records and verify insurance information.
  • Support teammates and adapt to changing priorities.
