Job summary

University Ave Dental is looking for a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our front-office team in Blaine, MN. You’ll help patients feel welcome, keep visits running smoothly, and make scheduling and payment conversations easy to understand.

Dental experience is welcome but not required; Open Dental experience is a plus. This is a full-time role with hours listed below and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Comfort using computers and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, assist patients, and schedule appointments.
• Help maintain productive schedules and fill appointment openings.
• Welcome patients and coordinate check-in and checkout.
• Collect payments and explain treatment estimates and patient balances.
• Help patients understand insurance benefits and available payment options.
• Support insurance verification, claims, and follow-up with office manager.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with clinical team.
