Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a welcoming, professional experience.
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and appointment needs.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Collect patient payments, copays, and balances.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Assist with insurance eligibility and benefits verification.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Monitor schedule and communicate changes to team members.
• Help fill openings and maintain a productive patient schedule.
• Communicate with doctors, hygienists, and front-office staff.
• Follow office policies and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
